Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your backpack must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn backpacks
  • Custom-made items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To complete your return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your backpack for the same item, please email us at [email protected].
