Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your backpack must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received.
• In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or worn backpacks
• Custom-made items
• Gift cards

Return Process

For most European countries we offer free returns. Please find the list of countries below.
To request a free return please submit a return request via: https://xd-design.com/nl/returns/ 

We are continuously working on adding more countries to our free return option.

If you country is not in the list of free returns, please follow the steps below:

1. Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Shipping: Send your item to:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your backpack for the same item, please email us at [email protected].
