Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over €100. For orders under €100, a flat shipping fee of €12.95 applies at checkout.
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. Orders are delivered by DPD and typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
At this time, we do not ship outside the EU. However, we are working to expand our reach and aim to make our products available in more countries in the near future.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Free returns are available for the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
To start a return, log into your account and select the order you wish to return. Follow the steps and you will receive return instructions by email. This email includes a link to download the [Return Form XD Design] and a link to create your free return label.Print and fill out the Return Form, place the product back in its original packaging, include the form in the box, seal it, and attach the return label. Then drop off the parcel at your nearest DPD pick-up point.
For returns from countries not listed above, you may return your item using your own shipping method. Be sure to include the Return Form in the package. You can download it here: [Return Form XD Design]

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@xd-design.com.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
