Warranty & Repairs
We stand behind the quality of our products. Every XD Design product comes with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Register your product within those two years and the warranty is extended to five years. Without registration the warranty remains two years.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents or loss. Claims are assessed case by case, so please retain your proof of purchase.
We do not offer a repair service at this time, but we do offer a limited range of spare parts to help extend the life of your product: replacement zipper pullers, carabiners and the combination lock for the Bobby Bizz 2.0.
