EU Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over €100. For orders under €100, a flat shipping fee of €12.95 applies at checkout.

Orders are shipped from our EU warehouse and delivered by DPD, typically within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

EU Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Free returns are available for the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

How to start a return:

  1. Log into your account and select the order you want to return.
  2. Follow the steps. You'll receive return instructions by email, including a link to download the Return Form and your free return label.
  3. Print the form, place the product in its original packaging, include the form, seal the box and attach the label.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your nearest DPD pick-up point.

Returning from a country not listed above? You can return your item using your own shipping method. Be sure to include the Return Form in the package.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take a little extra time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@xd-design.com.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Reach out to support@xd-design.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
